So until now the building is still solid. The park is located on Jl. Raya Mulyoagung No. 188, District Dau, Malang district not far from the UMM campus 3. In the last 2013 years, UMM acquired this garden and park renamed Sengkaling UMM.
Inside there are a lot of rides or games that fit with the concept of family tourism.in the evening, there Sengkaling Food Festival which is the center of culinary at once can be a "nongkrongnya" UMM students. there are a wide variety of food and live music. Open starting at 12:00 to 23:00. The place is usually used to hold events such as Heritage Village by AISEC.
